Against its published line
Above its line on the last close.
How to read this
The red mark is the published kill line — the price that would prove the thesis wrong. The dot is where the name closed on the last session; a dot left of the mark has closed through its line.
Distance is drawn on a square-root scale, so close calls get the room. Past 8% a row reads well clear, with a hollow dot to show the figure is off the drawn scale. Rows run tightest first.
Kill line
A daily close below $0.80, extending the break under Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price level. A filing showing a lapsed RiverBit term sheet or a failed launch would also break the case.
Not a pickResearch coverage at low conviction. A medium-or-higher call would open a pick on the scoreboard.
How picks are graded →The thesis
Youxin Technology's RiverBit recovery case has failed to materialise: the shares closed at $0.94 on 22 October 2026, under the $1.00 level that marked the case's end and under Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price. The next filing that documents a live RiverBit platform, a definitive agreement or a funded investment would reopen it; none has appeared.
The narrative is dead: no company filing since the 25 September 2026 Form 6-K, which reset warrant prices rather than reporting RiverBit progress, has documented a launch, and the shares are down 74.0% over three months to the 22 October 2026 close, with a 14-day relative strength index of 32.1. Youxin's retail-software business continues, so what has failed is the RiverBit story, not the operating company. A search of recent filings and news on 23 October 2026 found no new RiverBit announcement.
Bullish and bearish views on Youxin Technology Ltd
The bull case on Youxin Technology Ltd (YAAS), in brief: Acquired revenue is visible. The bear case: The price is below the exchange minimum.
Bull case
- Acquired revenue is visible. Youxin reported $1.88 million of revenue for the six months ended 31 March 2026, up 444% year over year, mostly from the 29 October 2025 Celnet acquisition. Gross margin was 41% (27 August 2026 results release).
- Operating cash use moderated. Cash used in operations was $1.21 million for the six months ended 31 March 2026, against $2.26 million a year earlier (27 August 2026 results release).
- RiverBit remains a contingent option. The 14 July 2026 non-binding term sheet contemplates $20 million for 10% of RiverBit at a $200 million valuation, tied to 2,000 daily users and over $100 million of daily volume within three months of launch (14 July 2026 Form 6-K exhibit 99.1). The term sheet expected launch in mid-August 2026, and no filing confirms it.
- Share count is small after consolidation. The 1-for-5 consolidation effective 30 July 2026 cut outstanding Class A shares from about 33.8 million to about 6.8 million, according to the company's announcement.
Bear case
- The price is below the exchange minimum. The adjusted close of $0.94 on 22 October 2026 is under Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price. The company has already consolidated its shares twice, effective 30 September 2025 (1-for-80) and 30 July 2026 (1-for-5), and the shares have still fallen.
- Recurring revenue contracted. Subscription revenue was $0.09 million for the six months ended 31 March 2026, down 8% year over year. The loss attributable to ordinary shareholders was $1.93 million, against $1.74 million a year earlier (27 August 2026 results release).
- Cash is thin against the RiverBit commitment. Cash was $4.55 million at 31 March 2026, down from $9.91 million at 30 September 2025. The $20 million proposal is larger than that balance (27 August 2026 results release).
- Dilution capacity exists. The 25 June 2026 at-the-market agreement allows up to $6,355,771 of Class A issuance. The 25 September 2026 Form 6-K reset the Series A warrant exercise price to $1.4119 and the floor price to $0.278 (25 September 2026 Form 6-K).
Price setup
The adjusted close was $0.94 on 22 October 2026, against $1.08 on 9 October 2026 and a 52-week high of $12.65. The shares sit 92.6% below that high. All levels use split-adjusted daily closes.
The $1.00 line is the one that matters. It is the exchange minimum and the prior level that ended the recovery case. A weekly close below $1.00 would confirm the break; the 22 October 2026 daily close is already under it.
Crowding evidence is thin in the buying direction. The shares are oversold on the relative strength index (32.1), and an at-the-market program and a warrant overhang give the company ways to issue shares into any rally. Retail attention cannot be measured from the available filings.
Catalysts, next 30 days
- No dated company event falls inside the next 30 days.
- The fiscal 2026 annual report on Form 20-F, for the year ended 30 September 2026, is due within four months of year-end, so by ~31 January 2027 (est.). It will update cash, share count and any RiverBit progress.
- A Nasdaq deficiency notice, if one is issued, would appear in a Form 6-K. Nasdaq's rules count 30 consecutive business days below $1.00 before issuing one.
What would change the view
The case breaks further if Youxin discloses a lapsed RiverBit term sheet, a failed launch, a Nasdaq deficiency notice, or heavy at-the-market sales and warrant exercises, or if the shares close under $0.80. The case would reopen only on a Form 6-K or Form 20-F showing a live RiverBit platform, met launch milestones and a definitive agreement with disclosed funding, and a sustained recovery above $1.00.
What it trades with
Youxin trades on its own filings and on small-cap, low-priced share dynamics, and no theme currently carries it. Crypto-related headlines moved the shares when the RiverBit term sheet appeared on 14 July 2026, but no filing since has tied the company's results to that market.
Notes
- Youxin is a foreign private issuer with a 30 September fiscal year-end; it reports through Form 20-F and Form 6-K rather than a U.S.-style quarterly schedule.
- Class A shares underwent 1-for-80 and 1-for-5 consolidations effective 30 September 2025 and 30 July 2026; older chart levels require split adjustment.
- The 25 June 2026 at-the-market agreement permits up to $6,355,771 of Class A issuance, which can change the share count between financial reports.
- The 14 July 2026 RiverBit term sheet is non-binding and contingent on launch milestones, due diligence and definitive agreements.
- The 15 July 2026 Guangzhou AI-hub cooperation agreement is non-binding and discloses no scope or revenue.
